Call Center Executive Gives Back as Clarifi Financial Educator

While enjoying a one year sabbatical from professional endeavors, serial entrepreneur, Claudia Timbo, used her business acumen to give back to the community as a Clarifi financial educator. For over five years, Clarifi, a non-profit community resource devoted to Lifelong Financial Literacy, has helped people identify and secure the most important assets in their lives.

Claudia’s degree in education and her success in running call centers that serve the financial community, made her an ideal candidate to teach Clarifi’s workshops on money management, budgeting and understanding your credit report.  Claudia partnered with another volunteer, Janice Lessman, who was the past Chairman and CEO Susquehanna Wealth Strategies, to facilitate workshops for the United Way.

“It was very rewarding to help the participants understand more about their financial life and the knowledge and tools to be more in control.  Clarifi provides a wonderful way for us to give back to the community,” says Timbo.   In May of 2012 Claudia returned to the teleservices industry opening a state of the art contact center, CompanyVoice.  She takes with her the positive experience of volunteering for over one year and is committed to continuing her support of the community organizations she has come to respect and admire.
