Today at CompanyVoice, with state-of-the-art technology, 95% of agents are enabled to work virtually to support essential businesses and customers in regulated industries. Claudia created an award-winning staffing model to match subject matter experts with client goals. Agents are recruited from the ranks of the semiretired population or professionals in transition who are qualified and motivated to make a difference in their industry. With the call center’s extensive training program, Claudia offers licensed and credentialed agents. She was recognized by the PA House of Representatives as an expert speaker on award-winning hiring practices and received grants for creating over 300 new full-time jobs for the Commonwealth. Claudia hires senior citizens, Veterans, and people with disabilities as 60% of her workforce, earning a spot in the Pennsylvania Department of Aging’s Hall of Fame of Champions of Older Workers. She is an alumnus of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses and a CEO Think Tank® Advisor. Claudia has a Bachelor of Science degree in education from Seton Hall University, licenses in Life, Accident & Health, and is a longtime resident of Blue Bell, Pa.
Sunny Beth White is on the CompanyVoice Board of Managers, bringing her experience as a healthcare marketing executive with an entrepreneurial mindset. She is an expert in promoting relationship management, client services, and operational efficiencies for fast-growth companies. Sunny has an extensive knowledge base in all facets of customer engagement, with expertise in building new divisions from the ground up and positioning the company for continued growth, sustainability, and profitability. She is a graduate of St. Michael’s University, has two MBAs from St. Joseph’s University, International Business (2009) and Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Marketing (2022). Sunny also obtained the Healthcare Program Certificate from Wharton and a Post-Masters Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Marketing from St. Joseph’s University. Sunny is licensed in Life & Fixed Annuities.
Jenny Bongart brings more than 25 years of financial expertise as a controller, staff accountant, and hands-on professional who handles all functions of the corporate office, from transaction processing through preparing and analyzing financial statements. She works closely with the management team in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Jenny received a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from Arcadia University and an Associates degree in liberal arts from Bucks County Community College.
Elissa Leighton has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years, working in the Property & Casualty field as well as Medicare. Elissa brings vast experience as a subject matter expert to her role leading insurance programs and P&C. Her hands-on experience presenting plan options, answering customer questions, and triaging problems contributes to Elissa’s development of training, processes, and strategies to continuously improve customer contacts. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Grove City College. In addition to being a licensed P&C agent, Elisa is licensed in Life, Accident & Health, and Excess & Surplus Lines.
Rohan Lewis brings a passion for organizational development to his role leading Human Resources, Licensing & Compliance. He has a vast understanding of people and processes after designing and sharing product knowledge and procedural training for over a decade. Rohan adheres to industry best practices in compliance and license management. He ensures the annual renewals and continuing education credits for agents are tracked and managed according to state guidelines. Rohan brings a value-added perspective to our talented, diverse group of agents. His extensive research on the relationship between employee training and the quality of customer service is sure to elevate the service level for clients. Rohan has a Master of Science degree in training and human resource development and a technology-based Bachelor of Science degree.
Pat Segata is the Director of Operations at CompanyVoice, with responsibilities centered on client relationship management. Pat is a key contributor to clients’ success in healthcare and other regulated industries. He is highly effective in building and leading high-performance teams that utilize “best in class” metrics and detailed, analytical data to achieve peak efficiency, exceed sales goals, and meet revenue objectives. Pat is responsible for the day-to-day operations at CompanyVoice’s Blue Bell headquarters, and his responsiveness to client needs has resulted in repeat business and client referrals. He has brought valuable expertise to CompanyVoice gained from consulting services he has provided to over 15 national and international contact centers, both strategically and through direct leadership and hands-on experience. Pat studied business management at Moravian College and is licensed in Life & Variable Annuities plus Accident & Health.
Tom Bevington is a seasoned leader in the contact center industry for operations and information technology. He has overarching responsibility for the IT department and ensuring maximum functionality with clients’ internal systems. Tom makes sure each account benefits from custom integration, allowing for seamless data exchange and maximizing agent performance. His technical expertise, coupled with a focus on the customer experience, drives Tom’s commitment to ensure real-time connectivity and redundancy for both physical and virtual business continuity. Tom has a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry from the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh and a programming certification.
Nicole Baer has spent over 15 years of her career mastering her knowledge of Medicare and contact center operations for the insurance industry. She manages both client relationships and agents for the insurance team. Nicole is the keeper of quality, placing compliance with the CMS guidelines as a top priority. She is dedicated to developing the agents to meet their full potential. Nicole takes customer accounts from project launch to managing peak staffing levels to accommodate high volumes during ad promotions and open enrollment. She has also worked with Medicare and under 65 insurance clients. Nicole holds licenses in Life & Fixed Annuities plus Accident & Health.
